A GoFundMe campaign for a Los Angeles street vendor has raised more than $100,000 after a video of her being brutally attacked went viral.

The fundraiser for Arabelia Martinez, who has operated her hot dog stand for years, has surpassed $117,000 as of Thursday.

The video, first shared online Sunday, shows a dispute between Martinez and an unidentified woman at her stand.

The altercation escalates when the woman pours hot sauce on Martinez's hot dogs, prompting Martinez to throw red powder at her.

The woman then punches Martinez repeatedly in the back of the head as bystanders intervene.

Martinez briefly escapes, but the woman charges again, striking her head and face before pulling her to the ground by her hair.

The Los Angeles Police Department is investigating the incident but has not yet identified the suspect.

Martinez's son, Constantino Garcia, described his mother on the GoFundMe page as someone who "dedicated herself to her work every single day, rain or shine, to provide" for their family.

He said the funds will go toward "therapy and professional support" to aid her physical and emotional recovery, as well as to replace items damaged during the attack.
