Boat workers who crewed a luxury yacht for Travis Scott in 2024 are now suing the rapper, alleging he turned the charter into a violent ordeal.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the crew claims Scott chartered a yacht in Miami, bringing several women, security, and alcohol.

The situation allegedly escalated after he demanded to use a jet ski, which the captain refused because Scott appeared too intoxicated.

The captain says Scott then ordered the vessel to a nearby marina before suddenly jumping onto a dock, leaving his guests stranded aboard for about 30 minutes.

When Scott returned, the captain claims he was angry and confrontational. The captain decided to end the charter and told everyone to leave.

Scott's own security initially intervened, but Scott allegedly fired the guard on the spot.

They allege Scott assaulted multiple workers and, as they tried to leave the yacht, charged back toward them, driving his shoulder into two crew members, sending one woman crashing into a table and injuring her.

The plaintiffs also claim Scott blocked them from leaving until police removed him. They are suing for battery, assault, and false imprisonment, seeking damages.

Scott was arrested after the incident, but prosecutors later dropped disorderly intoxication and trespassing charges. This civil lawsuit now takes the alleged fallout to court.
