The man suing Stefon Diggs over alleged sexual assault claims the NFL star and his team flew him out to hang out on the weekend in question, according to new legal documents.
Chris Griffith responded to Stefon's request to turn over records related to his trip to Washington, D. C.

in May 2023 by insisting Diggs already has that information.
Griffith alleges he was drugged and sexually assaulted by Diggs during the trip. Diggs denies the accusations and previously sued Griffith for defamation.
Griffith countersued, alleging sexual assault.
In court documents, Griffith argues that Diggs' request for travel documents is absurd because Diggs and his team were responsible for making the travel arrangements.

Griffith's lawyer stated, "[T]o the extent travel arrangements, confirmations or related documents exist, they are at least equally within [Stefon's] possession, custody or control."
Griffith said he already produced 24 pages of texts with Diggs' support staff.
On the night in question, Griffith claims Diggs gave him a candy laced with a drug without his knowledge.
He alleges Diggs then pulled out his penis and began to masturbate.

Griffith says he told Diggs to put it away, but Diggs attempted to kiss him on the mouth and placed his tongue in his ear, whispering for him to come to his room.
Griffith says he did not consent to any physical contact or sexual advances.
In his lawsuit, Griffith also claims Diggs ordered his brother Darez Diggs and two others to attack him a week after he declined Diggs' sexual advances.
Diggs' lawyer argued that Griffith "engaged in extreme and outrageous conduct by knowingly publishing false statements accusing Plaintiff of violence, sexual assault, drugging people, and serious crimes," causing harm to his reputation, and asked for unspecified damages.
