Kroy Biermann Jr., the teenage son of Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann, has been arrested on charges of aggravated sodomy and aggravated sexual battery.
The arrest follows an alleged incident at a gym, where a female classmate claims she was assaulted.

Alleged Incident and Investigation
According to court documents, police were dispatched to North Fulton Hospital on April 24, 2026, for a reported sexual assault.
The alleged victim and her father told police the incident occurred a day earlier at a nearby gym.

The girl said she and Kroy Jr. went into a co-ed sauna, where he became touchy despite her saying no.
She alleges he forced her mouth onto his penis and digitally penetrated her vagina.
Police began attempting to contact Kroy Sr. on May 14, and spoke with him on May 18, when he said he would discuss the matter with Kim.

Kroy Jr. was arrested on August 17 and remains in custody.
The police report notes that doctors found no evidence of male DNA in the victim's mouth or vagina.

TMZ has reached out to Kim and Kroy for comment, but has not received a response.
