Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Keenan Allen was arrested early Sunday morning in Indianapolis on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
Jail records show Allen, 34, was booked on charges of operating while intoxicated endangering another person and driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.08 or higher.

Both offenses are listed as misdemeanors.
Allen was taken into custody in downtown Indianapolis around 1 AM ET and remained at the Marion County Arrestee Processing Center.

The Colts acknowledged the situation in a statement, saying they are aware of the incident and are gathering more information.
The team declined further comment, according to ESPN.
The arrest comes just days after Allen signed a one-year contract with the Colts.

He played in Saturday's preseason game against the Detroit Lions, catching one pass for 24 yards.
Allen is entering his 14th NFL season and is a six-time Pro Bowler. He caught 81 passes last season with the Los Angeles Chargers.

He spent his first 11 seasons with the Chargers before joining the Chicago Bears in 2024. He later moved to Indianapolis as the Colts added the experienced receiver.
