Red Magic has released early performance benchmarks for its upcoming Gaming Tablet 5 Pro, showing impressive frame rates in popular titles.

The tablet is scheduled to launch in China on June 30, 2026, with global availability expected soon after.

Gaming performance highlights

According to Red Magic's internal testing, the device averaged 184 FPS in CrossFire on HD settings with high refresh rate, with 1% lows at 168 FPS.

Delta Force achieved an average of 165 FPS, with 1% lows around 157 FPS.

Even in a large open-world game, the tablet reportedly maintained a steady 60 FPS average.

These figures come from the manufacturer, so independent verification is still needed.

The tablet is powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, paired with Red Magic's Core R4 co-processor for gaming optimization.

Cooling is handled by an advanced liquid cooling system with an active fan.

The device features a 9.06-inch OLED display with up to 185Hz refresh rate, 2.4K resolution, and 1,600 nits peak brightness.

It builds on the previous Red Magic Astra model, offering strong PC game emulation support including Steam compatibility and a desktop mode.
