The marathon session included 29 votes over 18 hours, and videos captured the Kentucky senator voting incorrectly and needing assistance.

In one video, McConnell initially votes yea, but a concerned clerk approaches his chief of staff, and after a brief discussion, McConnell changes his vote to nay.

Another video shows Senator Bernie Moreno coaching McConnell with a thumbs-down gesture, which McConnell then imitates.
In a third video, the Senate Clerk signals McConnell on how to vote, keeping his hand under the table and giving a thumbs-down, which McConnell follows.

McConnell has not been seen publicly since June 14th, and his condition remains unknown.
