, is taking legal action over his grandmother's will, which he claims was drastically changed just weeks before her death.

Court documents filed by Christopher state that Voletta Wallace passed away in February 2025, leaving behind her grandson and granddaughter.

In 2020, Voletta executed a will that divided her assets, including fur, jewelry, music awards, a Mercedes-Benz SUV, and property in Jamaica, mostly between Christopher and his sister.

The 2020 will also left her interest in the company managing Biggie's estate to her foundation.

However, 15 days before her death, Voletta signed an amendment that cut out her grandchildren and appointed Wayne Barrow, a former manager of Biggie, as executor.

Christopher argues that his grandmother was in declining health, on multiple medications, and often bedridden during her final days.

He claims the signatures on the amendment appear 'facially inconsistent' and warrant further scrutiny, possibly by an expert.

Christopher is asking the court to invalidate the amendment and remove Barrow as executor.

This move follows a recent legal victory for Barrow, where a judge ruled that Faith Evans must give him access to Voletta's portion of Biggie's trust profits.

By challenging the amendment, Christopher aims to prevent Barrow from gaining control over his grandmother's estate.
