Timex has introduced three new Automatic E Line watches in the US, reviving a classic 1983 dress watch design.
The lineup embraces the retro reissue trend with a rounded square case, often called a TV Dial, and upgrades the internals with a Japanese automatic movement.

Design and specifications
The new E Line models feature a 38mm stainless steel case, slightly larger than the original to suit modern wrists.
They measure 45.5mm lug-to-lug with a case thickness of 12.5mm.
Timex offers three variations: a silver-tone model with a blue textured dial (TW6A00700), a silver-tone model with a silver dial (TW6A00500), and a two-tone stainless steel version with a silver dial (TW6A00600).

All models share a clean dial layout with horizontal texture, applied hour markers, a printed minute track, and a date window at 3 o'clock.
Inside, the watches use the Miyota caliber 8215, a well-known entry-level automatic movement with 21 jewels and a 40-hour power reserve.
It can be wound by wrist motion or manually via the crown, and an exhibition case back lets users see the movement.

The watches come with a stainless steel bracelet that tapers to a butterfly deployant clasp for a seamless look.
A vintage-style flat mineral crystal protects the dial, and the case has a water resistance of 50 meters, suitable for light splashes but not swimming.
Pricing and availability
The standard silver-tone models are priced at $379, while the two-tone version costs $399.
