Kim Zolciak will not be going to jail after all.
The 'Real Housewives of Atlanta' alum paid the money she owed to a court-appointed guardian in her bitter divorce from Kroy Biermann.

According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, a Georgia judge ordered Zolciak to pay $2,535 in unpaid fees to the guardian ad litem assigned to her case.
The guardian had interviewed Zolciak, Biermann, and their four minor children to help determine custody arrangements.

The judge warned that if Zolciak failed to pay by next month, she could face incarceration.
Sources tell TMZ that Zolciak paid the full amount on Tuesday, July 14.
Zolciak has had issues with the guardian before, claiming the guardian did not take her allegations of abuse and concerns about Biermann's parenting seriously.

Biermann, meanwhile, has accused Zolciak of subjecting their children to mental abuse. He said Zolciak believed the guardian was out to get her, which he called nonsense.
The former couple has been locked in a contentious legal battle for years, fighting over custody and financial support.

Zolciak's adult daughter, Brielle Biermann, recently revealed she hasn't spoken to Kroy in some time and doesn't expect him to attend her upcoming wedding.
