Sony has revealed limited-edition DualSense controllers designed specifically for Grand Theft Auto VI, giving fans a tangible way to celebrate the game's release.
The announcement came during the latest State of Play event, where two versions—black and white—were showcased.
Both controllers will launch on November 19, the same day as GTA VI, and are priced at 12,480 yen (around $80 / €70 / £60).
Pre-orders open on September 10 via PlayStation Direct and select retailers, with supplies expected to be limited.
Design Inspired by Vice City
The design draws heavily from Vice City's aesthetic, featuring a special surface treatment that evokes the game's atmosphere.
The 'VI' logo is placed on the touchpad, while palm tree patterns are molded into the body, nodding to Leonida's tropical setting.
A shimmering, color-shifting gradient runs across the controllers, blending sunset and neon tones to capture the day-to-night energy.
The white version reflects bright coastal days and pastel skies, while the black version embodies the nightlife vibe.
Enhanced Gameplay Features
Sony highlighted how the DualSense's adaptive triggers and haptic feedback will enhance GTA VI's driving, shooting, and movement.
These features are expected to add significant detail, making the limited controllers a natural fit for the full experience.
The launch aligns with GTA VI's release, underscoring the close collaboration between Sony and Rockstar.
With pre-orders opening soon and stock looking tight, these controllers are likely to sell out quickly.
