Jax Taylor is accusing his estranged wife, Brittany Cartwright, of trying to push him into relapse, claiming she told him to leave and that their son doesn't want him.
In court documents obtained by TMZ, Jax detailed the alleged verbal abuse while seeking a restraining order against Brittany.
Jax, who says he's been sober for nearly two years, stated that Brittany continues to say insulting and offensive things to humiliate and intimidate him.
He quoted her as saying, "You're never ever going to work again, nobody wants a disgusting abuser drug addict like you, you need to literally go away and never return."
According to Jax, she also said, "Your son doesn't want you. We don't need you in our lives.
Everyone is on my side, nobody likes you. You have no friends.
The producers have told me they will never work with you again, you're finished."
Despite the harsh words, Jax says he used what he learned in rehab to stay unaffected.
He insists he loves his son deeply and has no intention of hurting Brittany.
He stated, "I just want the truth to prevail and for her to stop abusing me and let me live my life in peace."
As TMZ first reported, both Jax and Brittany have filed separate petitions for restraining orders against each other.
