Mivi has announced that its debut smartphone, the One 5G, will launch in India on September 24.
The device will be sold exclusively through Flipkart and is being manufactured in Hyderabad, aligning with the company's focus on local production.
The company has confirmed the phone will use a Qualcomm Snapdragon 5G chipset, though the exact model was not officially named.
However, a Geekbench listing suggests the One 5G will be powered by the Snapdragon 4 Gen 2, paired with 6GB of RAM and Android 16.
Other listings hint at possible 4GB and 8GB RAM variants, but Mivi has not confirmed these details.
Design and Positioning
The teaser reveals a flat back with rounded corners and a vertical camera module housing two large circular cutouts and a pill-shaped LED flash.
The phone is shown in a green finish, with no word on other color options.
Mivi has not yet disclosed the display, camera resolutions, battery capacity, or storage configurations.
Reports suggest the One 5G could be priced below Rs 15,000 (~$160), placing it in a competitive budget segment.
This launch marks Mivi's entry into the smartphone market, moving beyond its usual audio products like earbuds and speakers.
The company will compete with established brands such as Redmi, Realme, and Motorola in India.
