Samsung has officially announced its next Galaxy Event, scheduled for August 27.
The company says the Galaxy S26 series sets a new benchmark with its biggest imaging and AI upgrades yet.
The event will stream live on Samsung's website and YouTube channel at 9 PM KST (12:00 PM UTC).
While the invitation doesn't name a specific model, leaks and industry reports point to the Galaxy S26 FE.
Expected Features and Specs
Leaked promotional materials suggest the S26 FE will come in Blueberry, Graphite, and Pistachio colors.
It is said to feature a triple rear camera with a 50MP main sensor, 12MP ultrawide, and 8MP telephoto, plus a 12MP front camera.
The phone is expected to run on Samsung's Exynos 2500 chipset, built on a 3nm process with a 10-core design.
A 4,900mAh battery with 45W wired charging and Super Fast Charging 2.0 support is also listed.
The device reportedly sports a 6.7-inch Full HD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate and an IP68 rating.
Compared to the standard Galaxy S26, the FE model is expected to have a larger screen and battery but a lower starting price.
Early leaks suggest the S26 FE could start at around €799 / $699–$799, making it a more affordable option.
