The Indiana teacher accused of orchestrating a sex scandal involving underage students and 'Scream' masks is now officially divorced.

Court documents show Brittany Fortinberry and her husband, Nicholas, finalized their divorce on Monday, over a year after he filed.

Per the settlement, Brittany receives her clothes, shoes, and makeup, while Nicholas gets a 2022 Chrysler Pacifica and a Toyota 4Runner.

The couple sold their shared home and split the proceeds.

Nicholas has sole legal custody of their child due to Brittany's incarceration, but she will regain legal custody upon release if no restrictions remain.

He also has primary physical custody, with Brittany's custody time potentially increasing after her release.

Nicholas filed for divorce as the criminal investigation into Brittany began, listing February 21, 2025, as their separation date.

The couple married in November 2020.

At the time, he sought temporary custody of their young child and possession of the family home.

Brittany is accused of sexually abusing multiple junior high students from two schools, allegedly supplying alcohol and magic mushrooms to some boys before engaging in sexual activity.

Authorities also allege one incident involved multiple students wearing 'Scream' masks during a group sexual encounter.
