A DHL cargo jet caught fire during an emergency landing at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) on Wednesday night, and the dramatic incident was captured on video.
The plane, arriving from Phoenix, touched down around 11 PM when flames shot out from underneath the fuselage.

Fire crews rushed to the scene and doused the flames, which appeared to be near the left-rear landing gear.

The cause of the fire is unclear, but several loud pops were heard upon landing.

The pilot told air traffic control that the brakes had locked up and there were tire failures.

Fortunately, no injuries have been reported.
