The device is positioned as an AI workstation for developers and professionals running large language models locally.

Inside the metal chassis sits AMD's Ryzen AI Max+ 395 processor. This 16-core, 32-thread chip is built on a 4nm process and boosts up to 5.1GHz.
Graphics are handled by the integrated Radeon 8060S with 40 compute units based on RDNA 3.5 architecture.
The system also includes an AMD XDNA 2 NPU delivering 50 TOPS, bringing total AI performance to 126 TOPS.
The Evo-X3 comes with 128GB of LPDDR5X memory at 8000 MT/s. Thanks to unified memory architecture, users can allocate up to 96GB of RAM to the GPU.

This enables loading larger AI models without discrete graphics cards.
Storage options include 2TB or 4TB PCIe 4.0 NVMe SSDs. The system has two M.
2 2280 slots, supporting up to 16TB internally if upgraded later.

Three power profiles are available: 54W silent, 85W balanced, and 120W performance, with peak power reaching 140W. A dual-fan cooling system with three heat pipes manages thermals.
Port selection includes one USB4 (100W PD input, 4K display), HDMI 2.1, 2.5G Ethernet, USB-A 3.2 Gen 2, and an OCuLink port for external GPU (no hot-plug support).
Wireless connectivity uses Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4.
The base configuration with 128GB RAM and 2TB SSD costs $3,600. The 4TB version is priced at $3,849.
