According to 91Mobiles, both devices recently appeared in the Google Play Console.
The Galaxy A08 (model SM-A085F) is expected to feature a MediaTek Helio G99 chipset with dual Mali-G57 GPUs and 8GB of RAM.
It is likely to sport a basic HD waterdrop-notch display with 720x1600 resolution and run Android 17 out of the box.
Meanwhile, the Galaxy A07s (SM-A077M) shares the same processor and GPU but comes with 4GB of RAM and Android 16.

Both phones rely on the Helio G99, a chip that already powered earlier models like the A07 4G.
It should handle everyday tasks and light multitasking without issues.
Additional Clues and Expected Launch
The Galaxy A08 has also appeared in Wi-Fi Alliance and BIS (India) databases under variants like SM-A085F/DS.
This typically points to a launch around August 2026, roughly a year after the previous A07 4G.

FCC filings suggest a larger battery than the A07's 5,000mAh unit.
The rated capacity is around 5,830mAh, so it will likely be marketed as a 6,000mAh phone with Samsung's standard 25W wired charging.
Design-wise, the phone is expected to stick to the brand's usual waterdrop notch on the front and a dual-camera setup on the back.
So far, the A08 appears to be the better-equipped version with more RAM and a newer Android version, while the A07s serves as the cheaper option.
