Design and Features
The GBA-950 comes in three colorways: black with an orange dial (GBA-950-1A4), white with a blue dial (GBA-950-7A2), and yellow-green with a black dial (GBA-950-9A3).
A redesigned strap, developed with Outsense Inc., uses origami-inspired folds to improve wrist comfort and prevent the watch from digging into the skin.
The bezel and band are molded as a single piece using bio-based resins, while the case is reinforced with carbon fiber.

For fitness tracking, the watch relies on a paired smartphone via Bluetooth to use the phone's GPS for stride calibration.
After calibration, the watch estimates running distance, pace, and calories burned using its internal sensors, even without the phone.

A small digital display at the 3 o'clock position shows exercise intensity on a five-level scale, along with daily step counts and lap times.
The hands and hour markers are coated with phosphorescent material, and a double LED backlight aids visibility during night runs.
The GBA-950 runs on a standard CR2025 coin battery, which Casio says lasts about two years, and retains G-Shock's shock-resistant build and 200-meter water resistance.
