Minisforum has unveiled the MS-03, a mini PC aimed at enterprise IT and local AI applications.
Unlike its consumer-focused predecessors, this model is designed as an edge workstation for businesses running large language models on-premises.

Specifications and Performance
The MS-03 is powered by Intel's Panther Lake Core Ultra 9 386H processor, featuring 16 cores and 16 threads with a maximum turbo frequency of 4.9 GHz.
In its standard balanced mode, the CPU operates at an 80W power limit.
For AI tasks, the integrated NPU delivers 50 TOPS, while the integrated GPU adds another 40 TOPS.
Minisforum claims the system can run the Gemma 4-26B model at 22.05 tokens per second.
The mini PC supports up to 128GB of DDR5 memory at 7200 MT/s via two SO-DIMM slots.

Storage includes three M. 2 NVMe slots—two PCIe 5.0 and one PCIe 4.0—plus an M.
2-to-U. 2 adapter for 7mm-thick U.
2 enterprise SSDs up to 15TB.
Connectivity and Expansion
Networking is a key feature, with dual 10GbE SFP+ fiber ports (Intel X710 controller), a 10GbE RJ-45 port, and a 2.5GbE RJ-45 port.

Wireless connectivity includes Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 6 via an Intel BE211 module.
An internal PCIe x16 slot (wired for PCIe 4.0 x4) accepts half-height expansion cards, and the chassis can accommodate a low-profile discrete GPU up to 75W over eight PCIe lanes.
Standard I/O includes two USB4 Type-C ports with DisplayPort 2.1 Alt Mode, an HDMI 2.1 port, and four USB-A ports.
The system also supports Intel vPro for remote management.
Cooling is handled by a three-heatpipe heatsink and a single fan, which operates at around 38 dB under full load in balanced mode.

Pricing and Availability
Pre-orders for the Minisforum MS-03 open globally on July 23. Pricing has not yet been announced.
