After five months of beta testing, Samsung began rolling out the stable version of One UI 8.5 in May, starting with the Galaxy S25 series.
The update quickly expanded to premium Galaxy S and Z series devices, and now covers all 44 devices Samsung had confirmed via its Newsroom.

The company has also pushed the update to several unconfirmed mid-range and budget models, including the Galaxy A06, M56, M55, M55s, M16, M06, F56, F55, F54, F06, and XCover 7 Pro.
Confirmed devices list
The official list includes the Galaxy S25, S25+, S25 Ultra, S25 Edge, and S25 FE; Galaxy S24, S24+, S24 Ultra, and S24 FE; Galaxy S23, S23+, S23 Ultra, and S23 FE; Galaxy Z TriFold; Galaxy Z Fold 7, Z Flip 7, and Z Flip 7 FE; Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Z Flip 6; Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Z Flip 5; Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition; Galaxy Tab S11, S11 Ultra, S10+, S10 Ultra, S10 FE, S10 FE+, S9, S9+, S9 Ultra, S9 FE, and S9 FE+; and Galaxy A56, A55, A54, A36, A35, A34, A26, A25, A17, A16, and A15.
The rollout is happening in batches, so it may take a few days for the update to reach all devices.

Users can manually check by going to Settings > Software update and tapping Download and install.
Samsung is already preparing One UI 9.0 based on Android 17.

A beta program is live for the Galaxy S26 series, and a stable release is expected in July 2026.
