Newly obtained video shows Brian and Zach Hickerson being detained by police outside the Wild Wing Cafe in Greenville, South Carolina.
The 88-second clip captures the brothers in handcuffs as officers respond to an altercation with other patrons on Saturday night.
In the footage, Zach complains that police did not arrest the people who allegedly assaulted Brian.
He asks officers to take him to jail and calls out to Brian that they are in this together.
Zach points out that Brian is in cuffs while those who allegedly assaulted him are not, calling the situation "fascinating."
Officers then escort Zach away and place him inside a patrol car, booking him into the Greenville County Detention Center.
A Greenville PD spokesperson said Zach, who cops claim was highly intoxicated, was arrested for disorderly conduct after allegedly yelling obscenities in public.
Zach was later released from jail.
Brian is seen sitting on the ground with his hands cuffed behind his back, talking calmly with several officers.
The officers ultimately decide to uncuff Brian and let him go without being charged.
Connection to Hayden Panettiere Investigation
Brian is talking to the DEA as part of the death investigation into Hayden Panettiere's suspected overdose in South Carolina.
Hayden was found dead by Brian and Zach inside a Greenville apartment on August 16, and the federal Drug Enforcement Administration is leading the probe.
The Greenville County Medical Examiner is performing toxicology tests to determine Hayden's cause and manner of death.
Sources say investigators believe Hayden purchased oxycodone from a Los Angeles-based drug dealer and flew to South Carolina with the black market pills.
Hayden reportedly died after taking one of the pills laced with fentanyl.
