Asus has officially launched the ROG Swift OLED PG34WCDN, a 34-inch curved gaming monitor, in the United States.
Priced at $1,299, the display was first showcased at CES earlier this year and now updates the company's ultrawide lineup for 2026.

Key Specifications and Features
The monitor uses Samsung's latest Tandem RGB QD-OLED panel. Unlike older QD-OLED displays with a triangular sub-pixel layout, this panel features a standard RGB stripe arrangement.
This change helps reduce text fringing issues, making the monitor more suitable for desktop work and reading.
The screen has an 1800R curvature, a 3440 x 1440 resolution, a 360Hz refresh rate, and a 0.03ms response time.

Asus also includes a new anti-reflective coating called BlackShield film, which improves scratch resistance and maintains deep black levels even in bright rooms.
Older QD-OLED panels often appear slightly purple under ambient light, but this coating aims to minimize that effect.
For HDR content, the monitor reaches a peak brightness of 1,300 nits and covers 99% of the DCI-P3 color space.
To prevent burn-in, Asus incorporates a custom heatsink and a proximity sensor.

When the user leaves the desk, the sensor detects the absence and turns the screen black to protect the panel, waking it up upon return.
Connectivity and Additional Features
The port selection includes DisplayPort 2.1a with 80Gbps bandwidth, enabling full 1440p resolution at 360Hz without display stream compression.
There are also two HDMI 2.1 ports, a USB-A hub, and a USB-C port that supports video input and delivers 90W of power for charging a laptop.
