The test used Xiaomi's recently launched Pad 9 Pro Max.

For the Xring O1, Gizmochina previously tested the Xiaomi 15s Pro.

In Geekbench 6, the Xring O3-powered Pad 9 Pro Max scored 2,910 in single-core, about 27% higher than the Xring O1.

The multi-core gap is wider.

The Xring O3 reached 14,350, which is 57% higher than the Xring O1 and above other mobile chipsets including the Apple A19 Pro and Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5.

In 3DMark Wild Life Extreme, the Xring O3 posted 11,378 while the Xring O1 scored 5,998.

That is a jump of over 89% for the newer chip.

The Xring O3's GPU frequency is also 25% higher, and its LPDDR6 memory can deliver 113.8 GB/s of peak bandwidth, nearly 48% more than LPDDR5T on the Xring O1.

The older Xring O1 uses a Mali-G925 Immortalis MP16 GPU without NX units, and it also suffered from high thermal output and power drain.

With 200 TOPS, the Xring O3 is positioned to run complex AI assistants, advanced photo editing, and other AI actions on-device without an internet connection.
