A former Hawaii real estate mogul is facing lawsuits after allegedly having sex in clients' luxury homes during a long-term affair with his assistant.
Stephen Cipres, founder of Corcoran Pacific Properties, reportedly engaged in sexual acts with his executive assistant Sarah Dombrose inside 10 to 20 properties over four years, according to legal documents obtained by Honolulu Civil Beat.

Dombrose stated in an affidavit that she started working for Cipres in 2021 and that he made an unwanted advance by kissing her at an open house.
She said she felt compelled to comply due to her unstable marriage and need to support her three children.
Records show Cipres occasionally gave Dombrose $50,000 checks during their working relationship.

She testified she felt obligated to perform oral sex to keep her job, leading to years of unwanted encounters in clients' homes and cars during business hours.
Cipres has not denied the affair but claims it was consensual and that Dombrose initiated it.

Dombrose's estranged husband, Matthew Gillespie, has sued Cipres for emotional distress and alienation of affection.
Separately, Cipres has sued Dombrose for defamation, alleging she falsely accused him of coercion. Dombrose has also filed for divorce.
Corcoran Pacific has cut ties with Cipres, who continues to sell homes in Hawaii through his own brokerage, Elite Pacific Properties.

TMZ has sought comment from Cipres but has not received a response.
