Lil Wayne went missing from his concert in Maine on Tuesday night, leaving fans angry and disappointed.
Hours later, he was seen partying at Michael Rubin's annual Fourth of July White Party in the Hamptons.
The rapper mingled with celebrities like DJ Khaled, Alicia Keys, Jake Paul, and Kevin Durant at the exclusive event.
His absence from the Maine show was not explained, but his presence at the party raised eyebrows.
Fans took to social media to criticize Lil Wayne for what they called a rude and disrespectful move.
Many were further upset after learning he chose to attend a party instead of performing.
This is not the first time Lil Wayne has failed to show up for a concert.
He has previously missed shows in Toronto (2025), California (2024), and Los Angeles (2023).
The rapper has since rescheduled the Maine concert for July 28 and issued an apology on Instagram. He did not give a reason for missing the show.
Fans in Maine and elsewhere are now watching to see if he will perform at his scheduled show at the Saratoga Performing Arts Center in New York tonight.
