The Evo-X3 shares much of its hardware with the recently released Evo-X2 but adds key upgrades for scalability.
It is powered by the AMD Ryzen AI Max+ 395 APU, featuring 16 cores and 32 threads on Zen 5 architecture, with integrated Radeon 8060S graphics based on RDNA 3.5.
The system supports up to 128GB of 8000MHz LPDDR5X memory and up to 4TB of storage via dual PCIe 4.0 M.

A notable addition is the OCuLink (PCIe Gen4 x4) port, which allows connection to an external RTX 40 or 50-series GPU for heavier 3D rendering or compute tasks.
AI Software and Cooling
On the software side, Gmktec bundles the Evo-X3 with its Claw+Wrangler AI ecosystem, positioning the 128GB RAM configuration to run large language models like the 235 billion parameter Qwen3 entirely offline.
To manage the 140W APU's thermal load, the Evo-X3 uses a triple heat-pipe cooling system with dual fans, claimed to maintain performance without excessive noise.
