A new leak suggests Xiaomi may start rolling out the HyperOS 4 beta as early as August 7.
According to Chinese tipster CoolAPK, shared via Ximitime, Xiaomi is expected to tease HyperOS 4 on August 5.

The beta application could go live on the same day, with a launch event planned for August 6.
The first batch of beta rollout might then begin on August 7.
However, this information is based solely on a leak and has no official confirmation, so it should be taken with a grain of salt.

Even if the leak proves accurate, it would initially apply to users in China.
International users might have to wait a few more weeks to join the beta program.
Expected HyperOS 4 features
HyperOS 4 is expected to bring major visual refinements, including an upgraded Liquid Glass design with real-time light field rendering.
It may also feature redesigned 2.5D icons with enhanced depth and shadows, along with reworked system animations.

The Control Center and notification cards could adopt a frosted, translucent layering effect.
Xiaomi is also said to extend its Leica partnership, introducing Leica-themed icon colorways, light effects, and system sounds.
Additionally, HyperOS 4 could introduce a dynamic, island-style interface element at the top of the screen for Xiaomi's AI assistant and real-time alerts.
