iQOO is preparing to launch its next performance-focused flagship, the iQOO 15T, in China. With the official launch approaching, the company has revealed almost everything about the device.
Based on available information, the phone is built for uncompromising performance. Here is a comprehensive overview of what to expect.

Display and Performance
The iQOO 15T will feature a 6.82-inch flat display with 2K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate.
The panel uses an 8T LTPO structure and BOE's Q10+ substrate for smoother refresh rate switching and better power efficiency.
Described as a high-end "Everest" flat screen, it boasts very thin bezels.
The phone supports advanced gaming features like 2K resolution combined with 144fps frame interpolation, depending on the title and optimization.
At the core is the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset, paired with iQOO's self-developed Q3 gaming chip. The Q3 chip handles heavy graphics workloads and gaming optimization.
iQOO claims the system can maintain near full-frame gaming performance for long periods while keeping power consumption under control, even in demanding games like Genshin Impact.
The Q3 chip also enables full-scene ray tracing, super-resolution rendering, and smoother frame generation.
The iQOO 15T will run OriginOS 6 based on Android 16.
Battery and Charging
The phone packs an 8000mAh silicon-carbon battery, a large capacity for a flagship. It supports 100W fast wired charging.

iQOO includes a system called Global Direct Drive Power Supply 2.0, which helps reduce heat when charging and gaming simultaneously.
Camera System
The iQOO 15T introduces a major camera upgrade for the brand.
It will feature a 200-megapixel main rear camera, the first time such a high-resolution sensor is used on an iQOO flagship.
The main camera uses a large sensor and supports CIPA 4.5-level stabilization, similar to Vivo's imaging-focused flagships.
It also supports 4x lossless zoom for maintaining detail when cropping or zooming.
Alongside the main sensor, the phone includes a 50-megapixel ultra-wide camera. On the front, there is a 16-megapixel selfie camera.
The camera system supports full focal-length portrait photography and AI-based image enhancements. While iQOO remains performance-first, this setup shows efforts to improve imaging capabilities.
