The standard Xiaomi Smart Band 10 sits in the mainstream range, while the 10 Pro steps up the experience.

The Pro version uses a larger 1.74” AMOLED display that reaches up to 2000 nits peak brightness, making it easy to read outdoors.

Battery life reaches up to 21 days in light use.

Health tracking covers continuous heart rate, SpO2, stress, sleep (including HRV during sleep on the Pro), and a wide selection of sports modes.

WHOOP takes a different approach from most fitness bands, relying on a mandatory subscription model.

The WHOOP 5.0 delivers up to 14 days of battery life and continuously tracks heart rate, HRV, respiratory rate, skin temperature, sleep, and recovery.

Its Healthspan features estimate physiological age and pace of aging based on long-term data.

It’s designed for people who want deep recovery and training insights rather than on-wrist notifications or a bright display.

WHOOP MG delivers over 14 days of battery life and adds medical-grade features including on-demand ECG readings, daily blood pressure insights, and AFib detection.

WHOOP offers three subscription tiers: WHOOP One includes the 5.0 device and core tracking for $199 per year; WHOOP Peak adds a wireless PowerPack and advanced health monitors for $239 per year; WHOOP Life includes the specialized MG hardware for medical-grade ECG and blood pressure tracking for $359 per year.
