Former NFL star Marcellus Wiley has been ordered to pay more than half a million dollars to a bank for a loan he never repaid.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Wiley must pay Preferred Bank the full loan amount plus interest, attorney fees, late fees, and other costs, totaling $549,429.82.

The bank sued Wiley back in December, long before his recent domestic violence arrest.
The lawsuit claimed Wiley took out a $500,000 loan in May 2023 and promised to repay it within a year, but never did.

In addition to the financial judgment, Wiley faces multiple personal crises. He was arrested in Florida on the Fourth of July.
Shortly after, his wife, Annemarie Wiley, filed for divorce and requested a restraining order.

A temporary restraining order was granted, prohibiting Wiley from contacting Annemarie and requiring him to stay away from her and their three children.
He was also ordered to move out of the family's Encino home and currently has no visitation rights.

Annemarie alleged in court filings that Wiley physically, sexually, verbally, and emotionally abused her, including claims that he raped her in 2012 and punched her in the face two years later, leaving her with a black eye.
