Raquel Lee Bolleau, a former Disney child star, has filed a lawsuit against the company, alleging she was sexually abused by an adult employee while filming 'The Poof Point' in 2001.

According to the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Disney failed to protect her and repeatedly placed her in close contact with the alleged abuser.

The suit claims that Disney staffers instructed her to 'bond' with the unnamed employee during filming in Utah.

Raquel alleges that the man gave her alcohol in his hotel room and later demanded she return alone after she became heavily intoxicated, at which point he raped and sexually assaulted her.

She says the abuse continued throughout production, with crew members allegedly witnessing her showing up sick, vomiting, and smelling of alcohol, yet no one intervened.

Raquel also claims the man sexually assaulted her on a flight back to California, where Disney had booked him in first class alongside her without her guardian.

The fallout was evident on set, as her behavior and performance changed dramatically.
