A Los Angeles judge has dismissed the divorce case between Tory Lanez and his wife, Raina Chassagne, according to court documents obtained by TMZ.
The case was dismissed due to a lack of movement toward a final judgment since it was first filed.
Background of the Case
Chassagne filed for divorce in June 2024 after nearly a year of marriage, citing irreconcilable differences.
She requested legal and physical custody of their son, Kai, which was expected given that Lanez is serving a 10-year prison sentence for shooting Megan Thee Stallion.
Despite the ongoing legal issues, Chassagne has taken Kai to visit Lanez in prison.
Last year, she also wished him a happy Father's Day with throwback photos of him and their son.
TMZ has reached out to Lanez's team for comment but has not received a response.
