OxygenOS and Realme UI may soon be discontinued, according to a new report. Future OnePlus and Realme smartphones could run ColorOS instead.
The report from Smartprix, citing an industry source, says Oppo is integrating OnePlus and Realme more closely into its main brand.

As a result, the three Android skins—ColorOS, OxygenOS, and Realme UI—will be consolidated into one: ColorOS.
OnePlus will reportedly focus primarily on India and China going forward. Realme, meanwhile, is pulling back from the Chinese market to concentrate on regions outside China.
In India, OnePlus has already merged its repair and service network with Oppo's. Separate OnePlus service centers are becoming less common.

OxygenOS has been the software on OnePlus phones since 2014. Realme UI has been used since Realme split from Oppo in 2018.
ColorOS is Oppo's own software, used globally on Oppo devices.
The transition has been underway for some time. In 2021, OnePlus and Oppo agreed to share the same software codebase, combining OxygenOS with ColorOS.

Since then, ColorOS has taken on more development work, though OnePlus phones still carry OxygenOS branding.
Realme UI was already similar to ColorOS, so Realme users may notice little difference. OnePlus users accustomed to OxygenOS's lighter interface will likely see more changes.
Neither OnePlus, Realme, nor Oppo has confirmed the report.

It remains unclear when the change would take effect or if it will apply to all markets simultaneously.
