Miller's loved ones set up a GoFundMe to help with the financial burden of multiple surgeries, rehabilitation, medical care, travel, and prosthetic planning.
McAfee, a former Indianapolis Colts punter, contributed $5,525 to the cause.

The fundraising goal is now $55,000. Other ESPN personalities like Pete Thamel, Jeremy Fowler, and Mina Kimes have also donated.
Miller posted an update on X on Friday, saying, "Today's surgery is a big one.
To find out if my shoulder can be reconstructed in order to support a prosthetic arm. Your continued thoughts and prayers are so appreciated."

The accident occurred around 4 PM on June 17 in Jasper County, Missouri. Officials said Miller's 2023 Bronco crossed the center line and collided with a semi-truck.
Miller was airlifted to a nearby hospital.

He suffered a compound fracture to his left femur, a shattered left kneecap, broken ribs, significant blood loss, and the amputation of his left arm, which he described as "life-saving."
