Teresita Lavandeira is requesting that the records be sealed, citing the need to protect the children from further trauma related to the incidents.

The celebrity blogger has consented to the arrangement, signing a form that grants his mother temporary custodial rights.
This includes authority to make medical and dental decisions, obtain records like birth certificates, and enroll the children in school.
The filing comes one week after Hilton was hospitalized following a self-harming incident during a live stream at his Florida home.

His family has provided updates, stating he remains hospitalized under Florida's Baker Act, which allows involuntary commitment for severe mental health issues.
They also mentioned he would need surgery for injuries sustained during the crisis.

TMZ previously reported that Hilton's children, along with his niece and sister, were present when he began showing signs of a mental health crisis but quickly left the home.
