Citizen has expanded its Peyten watch series in the UK with a new gold-tone model, the EM1232-59D.
Priced at £269.00, it joins the blue and purple dial variants that were introduced earlier this month.

The watch features a 30mm gold-tone stainless steel case, which positions it as a smaller, more traditional timepiece.
Its dial is finished with mother-of-pearl and includes standard applied hour markers and a simple three-hand layout.

There is no date window or additional complications on the face.
The dial is protected by a mineral crystal, which is typical for watches in this price range but may be more prone to scratches than sapphire crystal.
The watch comes with a matching gold-tone stainless steel bracelet and a fold-over clasp with push buttons.

It is powered by Citizen's Eco-Drive technology, which uses a solar panel beneath the dial to convert light into energy, eliminating the need for battery replacements.
With a water resistance rating of 50 meters (5 Bar), the watch can handle splashes and brief immersion but is not suitable for diving.
