Oppo has quietly introduced the Reno 15A in Japan, a smartphone that shares its hardware and model number with the Reno 15F.
The device is essentially the same product under a different name for a different market.

Display and Performance
The Reno 15A features a 6.6-inch AMOLED display with Full HD+ resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, 10-bit color depth, and peak brightness of 1,400 nits.
The screen is protected by AGC Dragontrail STAR D+ glass and includes an in-display fingerprint scanner.
Under the hood, the phone is powered by the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 chipset, paired with LPDDR4X RAM and UFS 3.1 storage.

It runs ColorOS 16 based on Android 16.
Battery and Cameras
One of the key highlights is a 7,000mAh battery with support for 80W fast charging and 55W PPS charging.
On the back, the Reno 15A sports a 50-megapixel main camera with OIS, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and a 2-megapixel macro camera.
The front houses a 50-megapixel selfie camera.

Additional features include NFC, Bluetooth 5.1, USB Type-C audio, microSD card expansion, and IP66/68/69 dust and water resistance.
Price and Availability
The Oppo Reno 15A will be available in Afterglow Pink, Twilight Navy, and Aurora Blue.
The 8GB+128GB variant is priced at 64,800 yen (~$400), while the 12GB+256GB model costs 76,800 yen (~$480).

The device is exclusive to Japan and is a rebranded version of the Oppo Reno 15F.
