Redmi K100 Pro Max has appeared in gaming performance tests ahead of its official launch, giving an early look at its capabilities.

The results, shared by Redmi Product Manager Xinxin_Mia, suggest the phone focuses on efficiency as much as raw power.

According to benchmark results from reviewer New Technology, the device packs a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, a dedicated D2 display chip, and a 9,070mAh battery.

Xinxin_Mia noted that Redmi has refined the performance tuning of the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 compared to earlier implementations.

The company claims battery endurance is about 40 percent better than its predecessor, while also delivering more stable sustained performance.

The phone is scheduled to launch on August 11, earlier than expected.

Gaming performance details

The published gaming tests back up those claims across several popular titles.

In Honor of Kings, the Redmi K100 Pro Max maintained an average of 119.7fps while drawing just 3.63W of power, with the temperature reaching 41.5°C after a 60-minute session.

Peace Elite recorded an average of 119.7fps at 4.09W and a maximum temperature of 44.4°C.

Delta Force averaged 119.5fps while consuming 5.37W, with the device peaking at 45.3°C.

The phone also handled Genshin Impact smoothly, recording an average of 59.9fps with 4.67W power consumption and a peak temperature of 44.1°C.

Honkai: Star Rail proved to be the toughest workload, where the device averaged 55.6fps, consumed 6.80W and reached 52.2°C.

Even so, the published graphs indicate performance remained competitive despite the demanding scenario.
