The iQOO Neo 11S is reportedly nearing its launch, with new leaks revealing key hardware upgrades.
According to tipster Digital Chat Station, the phone will come with a deeply customized version of MediaTek's Dimensity 9500 chipset.

The processor is said to run at slightly lower clock speeds than the standard variant, with iQOO's software tuning for better performance, gaming stability, and power efficiency.
For context, the iQOO Neo 11, launched last year, used the Snapdragon 8 Elite chip.
The leak also mentions a 2K flat display built using a new domestic manufacturing process.

This would make the Neo 11S the only device in its price segment to combine a 2K panel with the Dimensity 9500.
The battery is tipped to exceed 9,000mAh, significantly larger than its predecessor.
It is said to support 100W charging, but wireless charging may be absent.
Other expected specs
The device is also rumored to feature a 3D ultrasonic fingerprint scanner and IP68/IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance.

Previous leaks suggest multiple configurations: 12GB+256GB, 12GB+512GB, 16GB+256GB, and 16GB+512GB.
Color options may include Light White, Shadow Black, and Wind Chaser.
A Geekbench listing for the alleged device (model V2545A) showed 16GB RAM, Android 16, and scores of 3,395 single-core and 10,312 multi-core.
