A former employee who won a civil case against Kanye West earlier this year is now seeking $1.2 million in attorney's fees.
Anthony Saxon Netelkos filed new court documents obtained by TMZ, arguing his legal team is entitled to the payout after a jury awarded him $140,000 in damages for violations of California's Labor Code.

Saxon's attorneys say they logged more than 740 hours over the nearly three-year legal battle, plus additional litigation staff time.
They are asking the court to apply a 1.75 multiplier to the fee total due to the case's complexity and risk.
In March, a jury found Kanye failed to provide workers' compensation insurance, leading to the $140,000 award.

The new filing states the litigation lasted 35 months, involved five different defense lawyers, extensive discovery, multiple depositions, and a two-week jury trial.
The firm spent over $300,000 out of pocket and handled the case on contingency.
Saxon's attorneys also criticized Kanye's litigation tactics.

They claim Kanye's side made a $100,000 settlement offer just before trial, then later demanded Saxon pay $200,000 and issue a public apology after proceedings began.
Both offers were rejected.
The filing further accuses Kanye's camp of filing a separate lawsuit against them before trial and using that dispute as leverage in settlement talks.
