Two-time Olympic gold medalist Suni Lee is returning to gymnastics, the 23-year-old Team USA star announced Tuesday.

Lee shared a hype video on social media featuring highlights from her career with the caption, "i’m back 🎬."

"I know what I'm capable of," Lee said in the clip. "I'm willing to do whatever it takes to get there.

Back in the gym ... we'll see."

The announcement comes a couple years before the 2028 Olympics in Los Angeles, suggesting that could be her target.

Lee rose to fame at the 2020 Tokyo Games, winning all-around gold and a bronze on uneven bars.

She was diagnosed with chronic kidney disease two years later but competed in Paris 2024, adding two bronze medals.

"This is more than a comeback, stay tuned," Lee added.

With Lee back in the mix, attention turns to Simone Biles, who has not yet decided whether to retire or continue competing for Team USA.
