Xiaomi's next-generation fitness tracker, the Smart Band 11, has taken a step closer to launch after clearing network access approval in China.
The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) approved two Bluetooth devices with model numbers M2616B1 and M2617B1.

According to tipster Experience More, these correspond to the Xiaomi Smart Band 11 and the Xiaomi Smart Band 11 NFC version.
They will succeed the Xiaomi Smart Band 10 and Band 10 NFC, which were released earlier.
Battery Capacity Confirmed
A UL listing reveals that the new band will feature a 233mAh battery, identical to the current generation.

This suggests Xiaomi may focus on software and sensor improvements rather than extending battery life.
Another leaker, Smart Pikachu, stated that the Mi Band 11 is on track for a release in the second half of this year.
The certification pattern mirrors that of the Band 10 Pro, which used model numbers M2551B1 and M2553B1 for its standard and NFC versions.

In May, a wearable with model number M2561B1 appeared in certification databases in Singapore and Taiwan, listed as a “smart bracelet.”
For comparison, the current Smart Band 10 offers a 1.72-inch AMOLED display with 1500 nits peak brightness, a 233mAh battery rated for up to 21 days, over 150 sports modes, and HyperOS 2.0 software.
The Pro variant features a 1.74-inch, 2000-nit display, HRV tracking, built-in GNSS, and Apple Health support.
