Lisa Hochstein, known for her role on The Real Housewives of Miami, is no longer facing criminal prosecution for allegedly spying on her ex-husband, Dr. Lenny Hochstein, during their contentious divorce.
According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, a counselor from Miami-Dade County's Advocate Program informed prosecutors that Hochstein had fulfilled all requirements of the pretrial diversion program she entered in connection with a felony communications interception charge.

The filing indicates Hochstein was referred to the program on May 15 and has now completed all required steps.
The counselor specifically requested the case be dismissed following her successful completion.
Hochstein told TMZ, "I'm relieved that charges have been dropped.

What makes this particularly difficult is that this is from more than three years ago, police at the time declined it, and Lenny continued to hire people to pursue it, at the expense of our children."
As previously reported, Hochstein was charged in April with one felony count of interception of wire, oral, or electronic communications.
Prosecutors alleged she illegally intercepted communications involving Lenny, 60, during their divorce battle.

The case stemmed from allegations that Hochstein and her then-boyfriend, Jody Glidden, used a listening device to monitor Lenny.
Glidden was also charged. Hochstein's attorneys previously argued the dispute belonged in civil court, not criminal court.
With this dismissal, one of the most contentious legal chapters from Hochstein and Lenny's split appears to be closing, barring any unexpected developments.

Hochstein's attorney, Jayne Weintraub, told TMZ, "We are pleased that the charges were dismissed and they can go forward with their lives."
