Bear Grey Payne, the 9-year-old son of late One Direction star Liam Payne, has been named the sole beneficiary of his father's estate, which totals nearly $28 million.

According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, the estate includes Liam's five-bedroom home in England and other assets.

While some of the funds can be accessed immediately, the majority is held in a trust until Bear turns 18.

Liam Payne died in October 2024 after falling from a balcony at the Casa Sur Hotel in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

He did not leave a will.

Cheryl, Bear's mother and singer, along with music lawyer Richard Bray, have been appointed as administrators of the estate.

At the time of his death, Liam was in a relationship with influencer Kate Cassidy.

According to The Sun, she does not intend to make any claim against the estate.

Several individuals, including hotel staff accused of supplying drugs to Payne, have been charged in connection with his death.
