iQOO has officially confirmed the design and key specifications of the upcoming Neo 11 Ultra, following a teaser last week.
The company also announced that the Z11S will debut alongside it in China on August 18.

iQOO Neo 11 Ultra: Design and Key Specs
The Neo 11 Ultra will feature a 2K flat 6.83-inch display and a 9,100mAh battery, marking the first Neo-series phone with such a large battery.
iQOO positions it as a performance-focused flagship, with improvements to eye comfort, durability, and network stability.
The phone is also tipped to include a 3D ultrasonic fingerprint sensor, IP68 and IP69 ratings, and 100W wired charging.
Its design shows a horizontal dual-camera module with rear cameras side by side, and the flash placed separately to the right.
Color options include Light White, Shadow Black, and Wind Chaser, with the latter featuring a light-toned finish and flowing pattern on the rear panel.

Under the hood, the Neo 11 Ultra is expected to debut a customized Dimensity 9500 with an 11-core Mali G1-Ultra GPU.
Reported memory options are 12GB+256GB, 12GB+512GB, 16GB+256GB, and 16GB+512GB.
iQOO Z11S: First 10,000mAh Battery
The Z11S will take a different approach with its 10,000mAh battery, making it iQOO's first smartphone to enter that capacity category.
iQOO has confirmed a 144Hz display, and promotional material highlights eye-care features.

The phone has a 6.83-inch screen with full-brightness DC-like dimming and 2160Hz high-frequency PWM dimming, along with SGS certifications for low blue light and low flicker.
Its design features a vertically arranged dual-camera setup in a rectangular module, with the flash beside it.
Images show White, Black, and a pale Green color option.
The Z11S could be the V2603A model previously spotted on Geekbench with a Dimensity 7500 chip, 12GB of RAM, and Android 16.
A 44W charger has appeared in its 3C certification, though iQOO has yet to confirm these details.
