Oppo has released new teasers for the upcoming A7 Pro Max, focusing on its camera system and design.
The company also shared official camera samples ahead of the launch.
Most advanced A series camera
Oppo says the A7 Pro Max will feature the most advanced imaging system in the A series history.
It includes a 50-megapixel front camera and a 50-megapixel rear camera.
The front camera supports a 100-degree ultra-wide field of view for group selfies. The rear setup includes a 50-megapixel primary sensor with optical image stabilization.
There is also a 2-megapixel monochrome sensor and a new intelligent flash system for better portraits and low-light shots.
The official samples highlight daylight and portrait performance.
Other confirmed specs
The A7 Pro Max will have a 6.78-inch 1.5K OLED flat display with a 120Hz refresh rate.
It will be powered by the Snapdragon 4 Gen 5 processor.
It is Oppo’s first smartphone with a 10,000mAh battery and supports 80W fast charging. The device runs ColorOS 16 and has passed Oppo’s 72-month ageing smoothness test.
The phone will be unveiled in China on August 4 at 2:30 PM local time. It will come in Wind Rider, Orange, and Black color options.
Storage variants include 8GB+128GB, 12GB+256GB, and 12GB+512GB. Oppo also teased the phone surviving direct exposure to 2,000°C rocket exhaust.
