Jake Paul's Most Valuable Promotions (MVP) is merging with the Professional Fighters League (PFL), a move aimed at transforming the combat sports landscape.
The announcement was made Thursday, with both organizations set to operate under the MVP banner.
The combined entity will bring together world-class boxing, MMA, live events, athlete development, and content distribution.
Paul and his business partner Nakisa Bidarian will lead the new venture, while PFL's John Martin will serve as CEO.
MVP emphasized its commitment to a fighter-first philosophy, focusing on pay, exposure, and brand building.
The merger gives MVP a roster of nearly 400 athletes, with plans to expand further. Paul stated, "We started MVP to disrupt a broken model.
Joining forces with PFL accelerates that vision by a decade." He added that the platform will deliver elite talent mixed with culture, lifestyle, and social velocity.
Paul vowed to put his full effort into leadership and his own career, promising to return to both boxing and MMA in the future.
