At IFA 2026, Motorola introduced the Moto Snap Wireless Charger alongside the Edge 70 Plus and Watch Ultra.
The accessory promises fast and convenient wireless charging for compatible devices.
The charger supports up to 25W wireless charging on Qi2.2 devices. However, compatible Motorola phones can reach speeds of up to 30W using the company's proprietary protocol.
Design and Features
The Moto Snap uses strong magnetic alignment to keep phones securely positioned. This makes it easier to place devices correctly on the charging surface.
It works with compatible magnetic cases, so users don't need to remove the case before charging. The charger also focuses on efficiency and thermal management.
It includes overheat and overcharge protection, along with zero standby power consumption. This helps avoid unnecessary energy use when not actively charging.
The package includes a 1.5-meter braided USB Type-C cable. Its magnetic design suits use on a desk, nightstand, or while traveling.
Price and Availability
The Moto Snap Wireless Charger starts at €39 MSRP.
It will roll out across select markets in Europe, the Middle East, Latin America, and Asia-Pacific in the coming weeks.
Local pricing and availability will vary by market.
