Duane "Keffe D" Davis, convicted in the 1996 murder of Tupac Shakur, is maintaining his innocence ahead of his sentencing.
In an interview with the Hollywood Reporter, Davis said he didn't do "s—t" and wasn't anywhere near the murder scene.
Davis was found guilty by a Las Vegas jury for his role in the drive-by shooting that killed the iconic rapper.
Prosecutors argued Davis didn't pull the trigger but passed a gun to the shooter, who then fired at Tupac.
Davis told the Hollywood Reporter, "I'm innocent, man. They got an innocent man sitting in jail."
He vowed to be released, saying he had already filed an appeal with the state court.
Davis claims state authorities violated a non-prosecution agreement he had with federal officials.

During a 2008 interview with federal agents, Davis confessed to orchestrating the murder, saying he obtained the gun and hunted down Tupac and Marion "Suge" Knight after they beat up his cousin.
His trial attorney argued Davis was just bragging to make money off his book.
Davis also claimed he wasn't at the crime scene, saying he went to a bar near UCLA after attending the Mike Tyson boxing match at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.
He said he returned home the next morning to have breakfast with his children.
Davis is scheduled to be sentenced on October 13.
